Warm Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow links the breath to the movement of āsana. Flow yoga, in which movement is synchronised to the breath, is used to allow you more movement. Postures are similar in these yoga classes. In a flow yoga class, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.
The room is heated to between 38-40 degrees, so although the room is not as hot as it is for Bikram Method you will still sweat and experience amazing detox and #sweaytyourselfbeautiful.
Warm Flow can be very beneficial to your upper body strength.You can expect variety and dynamic movement in the class, balanced with time to breath and unravel muscular and mental tension in the poses. Each class will follow a different theme around yoga philosophy and the level will fit the students who are in the room, lifted to where you play with your boundaries with variations offered for beginners and challenge for advanced practitioners.
